Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong SQL and relational database design/development expertise
- Hands-on experience in building and managing data pipelines for ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) using SQL and cloud-based technologies such as Google BigQuery or equivalent
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver optimized solutions
- Proven skills in developing processes that support data transformation, workload management, metadata, and dependency handling
- Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
- Willing to work on-site on training for 1-2 weeks at BGC, Taguig for IT Asset Collection
- Willing to work in US hours (graveyard shift)
Preferred:
- Experience working with healthcare data systems or patient financial service systems
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Kafka and Spark
- Knowledge of workflow management tools such as Airflow
- Experience building and optimizing near-real-time or large-scale data pipelines
- Exposure to healthcare system integration (Cerner, Meditech, CPSI, Allscripts, EPIC, McKesson, NextGen)
